Roberts, Brigitte Blaise [nee Gervais] - With sadness the family announces the death of Mrs Brigitte Roberts who passed away peacefully at Maison Pie XII in Rouyn-Noranda on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the age of 95 years.
Born on August 16, 1925 to the late Napoleon Gervais and to the late Mathilda Tessier, Mrs Roberts is the loving and devoted mother of Louise and her husband Gary Cooper and Barry Roberts and his wife Annette Léveillé. She is the cherished grandmother of Sophie [Roggy Drouinaud], Jessica [Kevin Duhamel], Valerie [Colin Roberts], Ryan [Audrey-Maude Trudel], Shannon [François Déziel]; great grandmother to Nora, Arielle, Ruben, Emily, Jacob, Olivia, Benjamin, Lola, Zachary, Loïc, Vincent and Kaylee. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Mrs Roberts is predeceased by her husband Luke Roberts (2010), her parents and by her many siblings.
Cremation has taken place at Lakeview crematorium, Haileybury. A committal service will be held at the Haileybury Catholic Cemetery Columbarium in the summer of 2021.
