Obituary for Donald Joseph "Don" Allard
Peacefully at Cassellholme in North Bay on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 Donald Joseph Allard passed away at the age of 76.
Predeceased by his parents Paul Emile and Alinda (nee Ouellette) Allard and his brothers Rheal Allard and Conrad Allard. Loving brother of Jeannine Deforge (Paul Minaker) of Kirkland Lake, ON, Pauline Allard (Steve Stefanescu) of Kirkland Lake, ON, André (Raymonde) Allard of Carleton, ON, Bernadette (Dale) Bryan of North Cobalt, ON, Robert (Suzanne) Allard of Oakbank, Manitoba and Carol (Gerald) Venne of North Bay, ON. Forever remembered by his sister-in-law Betty Allard of Haileybury, ON. Dear uncle of 19, great uncle of 20 and great-great uncle of 7.
Don was an avid Bingo player and he loved listening all kinds of music. He enjoyed watching the Montreal Canadiens hockey and also loved the Toronto Blue Jays. One of his favorite things to do was to go for a walk and soak in the sunshine.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Prins and all the Nurses, RPN’s, PSW’s and all other staff members for the care and compassion they gave to Donald.
A private family service will be held at BUFFAM LEVEILLE FUNERAL HOME Haileybury, 705-672-3122 on Wednesday, May 6th. Interment to follow in Cobalt Catholic Cemetery.
