Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Graeme Plaunt can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Sorry for the passing of Graeme, he was a great man, and we knew him - though Extendicare - we visit that one - each November - with the royal Canadian legion '54'; with the band.. WE SAW HIM THERE LAST YEAR. AND HE MUST OF KNOWN- DALE JOHNSON - WHO PASSED ON FROM THEIR - IN 2016, ARE PRAYERS GO OUT TO THE FAMILY AND WORKERS IN THE EXTENDICARE TOO! WE WILL ALL MISS HIM. GOD HAS HIM NOW..
