Gwladys Huard of Haileybury died May 17, 2023, at the Temiskaming Hospital. She was born in Wheatfield, Saskatchewan, on September 7, 1930, to Fred and Kate Porter. Mrs. Huard worked at Extendicare for many years. Predeceased by her husband Edward Huard, daughter Sandra Birnie, and brothers Albert and Ogden Porter. She is survived by her sons Dale Gagne (Lorraine), Robin Gagne (Liz), Eddie Huard (Karen), daughter Debbie Huard-Ames, and by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury and, as per her wishes, no funeral service will be held. The family will have a private Celebration of Life.
