It is with broken hearts that the family announces the unexpected passing of Jamie Décosse of Cobalt at the age of 42 years. Jamie died at the Temiskaming Hospital on Sunday July 24, 2022 with her loving family by her side.

Born and raised in Sudbury on June 7, 1980 to Maurice Décosse and to Jocelyne Décosse (nee Roy), Jamie had been a resident of Cobalt for the past five years and was employed as a Personal Support Worker at the Temiskaming Lodge in Haileybury.

Jamie is survived by her loving husband Serge Dubé, their children Renée Décosse (Tyson Fournier), Nathan Décosse-Cloutier, Andrée Décosse-Cloutier and Mathieu Dubé. Dearly loved grandmother of Haisley Fournier. She is also survived by her brother Ricky (Chantal Lalonde) as well as her extended family and friends.

Jamie's final care has been entrusted to Buffam Leveille Funeral Home. A celebration of life will take place at SER NATE’S KITCHEN (27 Whitewood Ave. West, New Liskeard) on Tuesday August 2, 2022 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm for afternoon visit and 6:00pm to 8:00pm for evening visit. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Jamie's memory can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association Cochrane-Timiskaming.
