Neddo, Judy Anne [Paquette] - It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother Judy Anne (née Paquette) on October 11th, 2020. She is predeceased by her mother Célestine and her father René. Judy was born in August 1945 and married to Basil Neddo for 55 years.

Judy pursued a career at Northern Telephone as an Operator and then as an Accounting Clerk for 36 years. She will be remembered as a nurturing, beautiful, classy, empathetic, courageous, mother, woman and friend to her daughters.
She was passionate about her flower garden where she spent many hours. Judy took great pride decorating and taking care of her home. Her hobbies were reading and crosswords.

Judy had a way to make everyone feel appreciated by adding her extra special touch and kind words in messages and gifts to her loved ones.

She will be dearly missed by her daughters Rosanne (Pierre-Jean), Kathleen (Michel) and Angela (Jason); her six grandchildren who referred to her as "Nana Judy" Samantha (Krzysztof), Matthew, Stéphanie (Eric), Jeff (DeAnne), Jaslyn and Brendan; her three great-grandchildren Brielle, Kasia and Arkadiusz and her dear friend Gloria.

As an expression of sympathy contributions in Judy's memory can be made to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario [401 Smyth Road, Ottawa ON, K1H 8L1] Condolences and contributions may be left at

My Mother in law was such a pearl and rare jewel a woman of few words but when you learn to appreciate her over many years that I’ve known her she was so welcoming of me in the Family.

Seeing her dedicated so much to her family and very proud of her girls many accomplishments as well as her Grand Children and great Grandchildren.

For me my funniest memory is the look in her eyes and the comment she made when I played and messed up the switch for the outside light I will cherish this memory very much.

Also Judy may your garden bring you peace and let the butterflies carry you where you want to go.

I will miss you dearly

We are so sorry for the loss of your mom, she was such a kind, quiet lady. While your dad worked for us, he always made sure to order her rotary day roses each year and she used to make us her bread and butter pickles and meat pie at christmas time. Our thoughts are with all of you, Al and Jennifer Jenkins

I worked with Judy (Revenue Acctg). She was a quiet, extremely hard-working dynamo. NTL had 10 billing cycles (5 Ontario, 5 Quebec). Judy didn't breathe (even once) until she processed every last bit of input. Amazing woman! Sorry for your loss / pain.

I met your Mom and Dad at 18 yrs of age and it was VERY quick to be filled with admiration for her & that will be a part of me always. I was living with Sid Adams and his wife, Lou/Lulu & witnessed such softness, kindness, inner joy and peace. Her love for Basil and her family were so evident. She had a nice sense of humor and her quiet shy laugh was cute. Judy's in Heaven joined with others with all her traits and will forever rejoice looking at the face of God. She did her earthly job well, stood through the good and the bad and now lives her New Life ... a good and faithful servant. God bless you all in this hardest of times. Sid will always be mixed in with memories of your parents. Lilliane
