Peacefully at the Temiskaming Hospital on Saturday, April 11, 2020, Karen Frances Woods-Giroux of New Liskeard passed away at the age of 62. Survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Steven Giroux. Beloved step mother of Jamie (Brenda), Angela, Kevin (Jennifer), Christopher (Rose Marie) and Mathew (Crystal). Dear sister of Stephen (Darlene) Woods, Darren (Cathy) Woods, Lorna (Danny) Moore and Wanda (Todd) Bosak. Forever remembered by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Karen loved camping, bingo and family pictures. She was always ready to help anyone in need. Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury. As per her wishes there will be no visitation or service. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
