Obituary for Patricia Letellier
It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Patricia Lucie Letellier announces her peaceful passing on March 17th 2022.
Devoted and loving wife, affectionately called Mom by her children, Memere by her grandchildren and “ma Tante Patsy” by her nieces and nephews. Patsy was a kind, generous, and caring person with a giving heart and was well loved in her community of Haileybury, Ontario. She enjoyed volunteering with various groups, and attending church and community events with friends.
Patsy enjoyed cooking, reading and traveling, but most of all she loved spending time with family. During regular trips to visit niece Diane (Keith, Shane and Kelly), sister Alice (George and family) and nephew Marc (Cheryl and family) were filled with lots of laughter, eating, exploring new places, and many many hugs.
Patricia was predeceased by parents Jeannette (Côté) and Wilfrid “Willie” Rochefort; sister Claire Aubertin (Roger); brother Léo Rochefort; and grand-daughter Julia Champagne. She is survived by her husband Emile Letellier; children Carmen Landry, Norman Letellier (Kim), Michael Letellier, and Lise Champagne (Paul). She leaves behind her grandchildren: Eric and Chris Landry, Holly Champagne; great-grandchildren Jason, Charlotte and Oliver Landry and sister Alice LaBine(George). She also leaves several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family would like to thank all the nurses and staff for her care during her stay at the Temiskaming Hospital.
