Obituary for Tracey Brillinger-Cochrane

Brillinger-Cochrane, Tracey Lee - It is with heavy hearts that the family of Tracey Lee Brillinger-Cochrane must announce her sudden passing on February 14, 2021, peacefully at her home in Temagami, at the young age of 54 years old.

Tracey will be forever missed by her loving husband, Rick Brillinger, of 27 years, and her three children, Terry (Amanda), Ashley (John), and Rickilee (Matt). Tracey was a proud Nana to her three grandchildren Harper, Talia, and Ava. Survived by her Father, Terry Cochrane (Myrna), Mother-In-Law, Yvette Brillinger (Frank), and beloved sister Cindy (Jim) Walker. Predeceased by her Mother, Sharon Cochrane nee Kuehl. Dear Sister-in-Law to Barb (Pierre) Brillinger-Levesque, Joanne Brillinger, and loving Aunt to Nieces Kea (Ryan), Naomi (Claire), Miranda, Maureen and Nephew, Ethan.

Tracey was a dear friend, mentor, and support person for many. She was a beacon of hope, positivity, and faith, and had a way of connecting with everyone she met. Aside from her personal family and friend life, Tracey was a strong advocate for many women and children throughout her years employed at the Pavilion Women's Centre. Tracey was a kind, caring, and compassionate person who will be deeply missed by all those who have had the pleasure of meeting her.
Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury, Ontario. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 20th, 2021 from 1:00 - 2:00pm at the Buffam Leveille Funeral Home with a memorial service for the family to follow. Due to the current COVID restrictions, a live stream of the memorial service will be offered for all those who are unable to attend. You may view the service through Tracey's Facebook page.

IN KEEPING WITH THE COVID-19 PROVINCIAL REGULATIONS, A TOTAL NUMBER OF 5 PEOPLE (NOT INCLUDING THE FAMILY) WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT THE SAME TIME FOR THE VISITATION PERIOD. FUNERAL HOME STAFF MUST RECORD YOUR NAMES AND TIME. THEREFORE PLEASE CALL THE FUNERAL HOME (705-672-3122) TO RESERVE YOUR ALLOTTED TIME. WE WILL INFORM YOU AS TO THE NEW VISITATION PROCEDURE. MASKS MUST BE WORN IN THE FUNERAL HOME

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to any of the following charities: Pavilion Women's Centre, MS Society of Canada, The Canadian Mental Health Association.
