Peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Temiskaming District Hospital, William “Bill” David Howell passed away at the age of 75. Loving husband of Jane Dougall for 25 years. Beloved father of David (Susan) Howell, Christyn Howell (Scott Rhodes) and stepfather of Clayton (Cindy) Dougall and Cheryl (Chad) Hutcheon. Survived by his grandchildren Brooklyn, Connor, Alayna, Jackson, Jamison, McKenna, Lexi and Mia. Dear brother of Steve (Monica) Howell. Predeceased by his sister Shelley. Cremation has taken place at Lakeview Crematorium, Haileybury. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Buffam Leveille Funeral Home, 705-672-3122.
