My sympathy extended to Cystal and Robbie. Nelly and I were childhood friends and all through the years. I was her maid of honor at her wedding to Bob Rice. A talented, beautiful lady that enjoyed so much in this world. I knew her family when they first came from the Netherlands and her father kept bees and made the best honey I ever tasted. At that time we were all quite poor and my mother told my sister and I that if Nelly could always looked to groomed and beautiful that we should follow her example. We wore tunics to school- so neat and clean and professional looking. God grant her peace. I will miss her always until we meet again. Rest in the arms of the Lord, dear, precious friend. Love, Barbara Keech McFee, Las Vegas, NV.

My condolences to the family. Nellie and I were square dancing partners in grade 8, because were both tall.
I did meet her again a little later in life. I recall seeing a picture of her singing (or praying?) In a little country church. Such a beautiful lady.
